They can't be snapped or drilled due to all manner of high spec anti-drill and other anti snap features. They have been a thorn in the side of locksmiths. Until now.

With a FEW MINUTES practice, YOU can pick and decode ULTION 3 star (red and black AND Brisant D) locks in a matter of SECONDS!
This durable and technically sublime instrument does the work for you. You pick the lock using information provided on the OUTSIDE of the pick, while it does the magic on the inside of the lock.
Tough as nails and as effective as the most successful picks I have known, a real solution to the problem these locks otherwise pose. Few picks are 100% successful, but I am yet to find an ULTION 3 STAR Red, Black or Brisant D that it doesn't pick, and we've tried LOADS.
How it works:
There are numbers on the horizontal cylinder and on the vertical body of the pick
- Insert pick and reset shaft
- Pull body horizontally match up each pin individually to locate binding pin
- Pick binding pin by rotating body of pick until it 'clicks'- pin is set
- Move to next binding pin and repeat until 'CLICK' the lock is open

How to decode
- Line up pin 1 on body and rotate until it resists - note vertical number
- Do the same as above with each pin
- The list of numbers, for instance: '342165' - that's the key code.
